| 200K miles on stock turbos. Longevity is one thing, being able to take damage and keep going is another. I think the VG30DETT is both. I bent a valve (or valves) in my 91TT engine, lost compression down to 90psi in one cylinder, still made 330RWHP with bolt-ons. Ran great until I was rear ended by some fucking twatastic beeyatch. Ran fine after that too, but the car was fuct. It's a great engine, very well designed. Sure, there are a few things I would change, but they would have all added cost to the production.
